Summary: Leaving the island of Tamboka (see D2-116 Shark Boy) to rendezvous with Zarkov on Xahid, an unexplored continent on Mongo, Flash and Dale are shown alien living spores that have grown into massive living creatures.
Discovering that the ‘living’ landmasses serve as forward bases for automated war machines led by a Skorpi cyber-brain, Flash and his friends rushes back to Arboria to put the whole of Mongo on war alert...

Summary: Ferrying U-Lan to his exile on the paradise island of Tamboka (see
D2-115 Ming’s Children), Flash and his party are attacked by a two-headed sea dragon, but manage a miraculous escape thanks to the intervention of a boy riding on a colossal shark.
Safely ashore, Flash learns the tragic history behind the boy's growing up amongst sharks and his bitter quest for revenge against Ming’s old allies the vicious Lizardmen, who are once again preparing an all-out attack against the paradise island...

Wishing Everyone a Very Happy Republic Day!!!
Hello Everyone,
Today is the first anniversary of my first post on PBC and as a special treat I am posting Diamond comics Phatom digest #8.
It contains one of my favourite Phatom stories,
Phantom and the Mysterious Island. As far as I know this was not published in Indrajal Comics due to its anti-Russian stand, during India's socialist period. There are three stories in the comics. One of Phantom, Mahabali Shaka and Chimpoo each. I hope you enjoy all of them as much as I did.

Flash Gordon D-2 Series Strip

Summary: Surviving a murder attempt by Euda, one of his many wives, Ming learns that he has a son who is plotting to bring back his siblings from enforced exile and lead a movement to overthrow his father and seize power.
Returning to Mongo with Prince Barin from a visit to Earth, Flash follows developments closely and is sprung into action when Ming's son challenges him on a duel to the death to prove his worth...

Summary: Readying themselves for their graduation test flight from Earth's Space Academy, The Space Kids are reunited with Flash as they set off on a faster-than-light flight to the stars.
But on reaching the star system Alpha Centauri, Flash’ ship is stopped by a completely black vessel and boarded by some light-shy characters with an ability to shroud their surroundings in complete darkness...

Summary: Realising that she is no longer Ming’s favourite consort, the harem girl Verma seeks refuge in Arboria, where she infiltrates Prince Barin's inner circle as companion to Thalia (see D2-112 Odyssey) in a bid to deliver Flash and Dale to Ming and regain the latter’s affection.
But trouble is brewing on several fronts: ignorant of Verma's scheme, Ming sends a large suicide squad to Arboria to kill Flash and capture Dale...

Summary: Leaving Mongo’s Mystic Isles by boat (see D2-111 Slaves), Flash loses Thalia to a group of nomad fishermen who leave Flash for dead in the middle of the ocean.
Coming to, Flash is rescued by a group of robot beach scavengers who are able to equip Flash with a motorised boat. Before long Flash has sighted the pirate schooner, the first of many trouble-spots still lying ahead on the treacherous journey through Ming’s territory...

Wishing you all very happy and prosperous new year !!!
Hi all, I am back from my long absence due to personal problems. Today I am posting next in line of 3D comics. Tarzan's
Rescue at Mount Talamuna - 3D. This is one of the rare 3D comic book I found where story is also good. I hope you enjoy it. As you know about 3D comics, this one will also require special 3D anaglyph glasses to read.
I had scans all ready months ago but editing was done today evening by me and Prabhat. He has shown his magic in non 3D pages.
